Received defective equipment and was blown off. I called and nobody answered after waiting on hold for too long. I wrote to them on their direct website and received no response until one month later after I opened a credit card dispute. Now I have wasted a lot of time and effort trying to make the flange work for me only to be told to return the items for a refund which probably won't happen. First and definitely last time I order from them. Buyer beware! Order from somewhere else!

They sold me a new cisco catalyst 1000 switch that was not new. It was registered to someone else, had already expired in warranty, and came damaged and missing parts. When I called to ask what to do next and whom to return this to, they passed the buck on Amazon. Shameful
