A mistake is understandable. But when one is made you do your best to make it rite. Not this company. It’s Saturday morning I’m in my house with snow in the forecast. The weather now Is strong wind and rain. The temp is 36° expected drop below freezing in a couple of hours. When my wife called yesterday(Friday) there representative told her sorry but it will be Monday before we get it our delivery that was do two weeks ago. Leaving me to have to go fill diesel cans in the cold windy rain just to keep my children warm. I can forgive a mistake. But I don’t forgive your neglect and complete lack of empathy. You had a chance to make this rite. But all you did was give us a cheap and lazy apology. Well I don’t except it. And I will never by oil from you again.

Driver mistakenly drove down my driveway on his way to a nearby delivery, then backed out fast and carelessly and damaged my lawn. Saw me photographing the damage, got out of his truck and was incredibly rude, almost hostile, pointing at damage and saying "Oh, that's nothing!" I called and emailed company, sent photos, told them I expected them to to repair the damages, noting they were minor. Their email response was apologetic...and I never heard from them again. I'll leave it up to small claims court now. Hard pass on ever using Liberty Discount Fuel.
