Polite friendly staff, but unfortunate how little concern they have for the pros/cons of service. I have a senior cat, fully indoor, completely up to date on all vaccines, but refusal to refill a simple topical flea guard/heart worm treatment over “outdated exam”. If it was any other medication I could understand. Even after explaining my cat goes into extreme distress, vomits on herself, and is senior with no needs until vaccines due, they declined the refill. They did suggest an oral gabapentin to bring her in but this hasn’t sedated or calmed her in the past. Doesn’t seem logical to hold a topical flea guard rx hostage over an “exam” for a cat with no issues, considering this would only bring her distress. I get every business has to make money but I’ve been a loyal patron & have never once lapsed on preventative care. Disappointed in the lack of personal approach for a local family owned clinic.

I have three fur babies, all with special needs. I found Case Veterinary when I moved here and they have been fantastic. Dr. Coleman takes the time to really listen and discuss options in depth. I really appreciate how welcoming they are and the extra steps they are willing to take to deal with very anxious pets (and pet parents!) Also love the convenience of the online pet pharmacy that delivers!
