John is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband & I highly recommend his services.

John has been doing my taxes for the past 6 years at least. He charges fair prices and he is very knowledgeable about tax laws and any changes from year to year. That is a lot more than I can say for some of the filers at H and R block. I trust him and I believe that anyone, no matter what your tax bracket is, can trust him too.

They could not get me an advance. They did not have my consent to submit my return but their excuse was “your papers was accidentally put in the submit file so it’s to late we are sorry”. On top of that the lady that works there messed up on the filing so they had to be amended. We waited since March 9 2020 and today found out the business did not include the form 8863 after we told the tax preparer that I attended school. Yeah they did knock off a little of the filing price but that’s to be expected it’s not a FAVOR. Business is closed right now but you can call the number on the sign to make an appointment, which we needed to do to get that form filled out and submitted. People would not answer the phone so we sent a message and they replied “I’m at a new job right now and they are strict on cell phone usage” so maybe don’t put that number on the front of your business. Do not recommend this filing service. Complaint form was sent to the IRS. The owner asked me to delete my last review so sure I did, but I did to add the parts that I forgot.
