Amy has a reputation of maintaining a rude demeanor amongst my social circle. She was accommodating of us, inappropriate comments to me the customer withstanding, and provided a good service relative to other options in the Milledgeville area. She recently has told me she requires a 4-week schedule for all "Doodles." (My dog is a golden doodle.) I will say that my dog was terrified of her and that did set me on edge. We did schedule multiple "extra" sessions for our dog to get used to her and the staff despite not really needing to be cut/groomed. That was not cheap and I did tip because she led me to believe she was doing me a favor by working with our "difficult" dog. Unfortunately, I believe she will be able to maintain business with fewer options in this area. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience as always. We are part time residents at the lake but look forward to taking Our Cotton de Tulear to Amy whenever we are in town. She is a rescue dog and it’s a great experience when we do not see her stressed out after picking her up. Besides that…. She looks and smells delicious

Amy would be better off keeping opinions about clients pets to herself. She is rude and unprofessional. Would not recomend.
