I've been eating at biscuitville since the early 80's and have never been disappointed until now . I will say the store in Mebane was very busy but what I got was beyond awful. The line was rapped around the building so I walked in . There was only 3 people In line so I was like great . Ordered food in a some what timely manner I don't judge because I respect the people out there working instead of laying at home on the covid money . Well I saw them mess up many orders people coming in from drive thru so I'm like better check mine . Yep not all there counted biscuits got them but missing 3 other thing . Stood there for five minutes before being helped . Then I got home and that when things got worse all biscuits were wrong and the chicken was cold and looked like a pink rubber band . I didn't have time to go back but I was like everything is messes up but let's get to the cinnamon buns no brainer well it was not cooked even close tasted like cinnamon dough. I hope someone at corporate see this so they can check out what's going on there . I would have given 1 star but the girl at register was really trying but sooooo confused.

I like Biscuitville but this morning around 11 I ordered food and my order was wrong when I got home. The worse part was when I had a piece of black hair in my chicken biscuit when I bit into it. That’s one thing I can not stand. That’s completely NASTY! I don’t know if they have their hair put up or hair nets on but if they don't, they need to start doing it. Well, it wouldn’t allow me to make another review, but once again Biscuitville was not up to par. My daughter went this morning (9/9/21) and ordered 2 blueberry muffins and both of them where burnt. And it smelled burnt as soon as we opened up the container. The worse thing is that it tastes burnt. Sorry but why would you serve burnt food to customers??
