Excellent Journey, very quiet and "brand new" looking. Paved roads and gravel sites with grass. Leaving is tricky without a traffic light across GA 411.

Dont know the cost but they do have a pool. No lake.
It depends on the type of lot (normal vs premium) and extras (internet and power usage) but between 600 and 725. The lots are 600 or 625, the rest is power and internet.
Yes this is only an RV with a pool. And it's a poor one at that.
