Terrible experience. Many people waiting for tables that were empty but not cleaned. Once we finally sat down we waited forever and no one ever came to get our drink orders. Employees were screaming and complaining behind the counter. We finally got up and left. Very disappointed.

This morning was VERY busy. Everyone on staff impressed us with their friendliness and efficiency. It was everything Waffle House used to be - a welcoming, fun experience. I know everyone was overworked and pushed to the max, but they all worked together so well, it made our day! The cook, especially, was a wonder and a joy to experience. What a whirlwind! Oh, the food was also great.

Wonderful staff and food too, very worth coming here again.. Food had lots of flavor and the cook was so nice.

I understand that the labor shortage has employees on edge and overworked, however while waiting for a table on the morning of Saturday March 26 around 10:30am or so, there was a violent verbal altercation between two female employees that was seen and heard by the entire establishment. It actually almost turned physical when one person snatched an item of some sort out of the other person’s hand. Obviously we left and decided to order something else from home. Hopefully things will get better but this incident has me and my family considering going back to pandemic era methods and cooking in from now own. Just too many crazy people out there.
