Don't bother with an appointment. Booked a service several days in advance to get ahead of the rush. I called a couple days ahead to make sure my appointment went through, and the person on the phone was very unpleasant to speak to. Decided to keep the appointment and show up early just in case since I had never been there. It didn't matter... there were already 10 cars waiting with the "express" line closed. It was going to be several hours before my routine oil/filter change would be done and I could not wait that long. This was a complete disregard to customer service and a waste of time/gas to drive all the way down to Union City. Message to dealer: if you are going to allow last minute walk ins, at least honor those that booked ahead of time.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived after sitting in traffic for an hour, I also had my three month old baby with me. When I arrived, they told me it would take two and a half hours. There’s nothing dumber than waiting two and a half hours for someone to change your oil, especially when you have an appointment. I left and went somewhere else. I don’t take well to having my valuable time wasted.

It needs to be activated at a dealership if it is nav capable. And it is not free.
Every situation is different. I've purchased two cars from the dealership with no down payment.
🤷🏼♂️Hi now that I'm unsure of but assuming to possibly find you the best financing I don't think I had that issue but I do know once those companies get your info it can stay on your credit for awhile hope I helped you be blessed....
