Customer service was ok. Rental as given to us with low tire pressure. Heat barely worked, and also the speakers were busted out. These are easy fixes. Fix these things before you give them out to another renter. You can just tell the guys in the back are rushing and not cleaning the rentals out properly. Josh and the other guy were great with customer service! Cars are horrible. I will continue to rent from the Riverdale location. They care about the cleanliness of the rentals more.

I was disappointed with having to wake up to my vehicle having low tire pressure in the morning when we were about to leave, decided to just drive a little bit to see if it'll feel back up but it didn't. I had to spend money on putting air in my rental from Enterprise and felt that shouldn't have not happened, the car should have had air in the tire, all for tires needed air. The cleaning of the vehicle seem like it was quickly done and not done good at all. I was very disappointed in Enterprise, they try to upsell you on all this stuff that should already come with the car. I'm sorry but I will no longer rent from Enterprise I use my free one day and I'm done with renting with enterprise.
