I brought my car here for misfiring. JD (the service advisor) told me it will be a few days for a diagnostic🚩. Then called called the next day and stating I had a cracked cylinder, needed motor mounts, sparks plugs, and ignition coils and I NEED TO LET THEM KNOW NOW so they can get started right away and get my car completed by the weekend and it’ll be $3000. I called him back and he said great it’ll take 3 WEEKS for them to get to my car. 🚩 I called every week for an update and there was no work done yet and I was told call back in a few weeks. 🚩 AFTER week two they said yeah it’ll be a FEW MORE WEEKS before we get to your car because they had a big motor job to do. So I just told them give me car back. I took it to another shop and was told all I need was 1 spark plug and a new ignition coil. It cost a 10th of the price. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. SN: I should have known they were trash from bringing my wife car that was overheating and it sat for weeks and STILL had the same issue when we finally got it back.🚩🚩🚩
