I bought mattress in honolulu about 2 years ago. Unfortunately mattress had sunken in( helping create back problems.) after months of"proving" mattress was faulty. I was awarded some $$$. However, the choices given I found The one I wanted which I was told I couldn't have. They said because the mattress was on clearance I wasn't allowed to have the mattress I wanted. After weeks of trying to reach the CEO of the company terrible terrible customer service. I am still using the mattress which has problems. The ones I had a choice to pick from cost more than I was awarded I was allowed to write a check for the difference. The one I chose was actually cheaper but again was told I couldn't have it because it was on clearance. Spending weeks trying to reach the job is next to impossible no one returns phone calls letters emails . Next time I purchase a mattress I surely will stay far away from his company.

We had an issue with one of Simmons products which was purchased in the 1990's. I called for assistance and not only was I instructed how to fix the product but they shipped me a special tool to use. They did not ask for a deposit, or a credit card number, or even charge me for shipping. They only asked that I return the tool when I was finished. These people really stand behind their products!
