I found out why my number wouldn't port over. I have to go thru the app to request a transfer pin to port my number over! Does this make any sense to you? I did go through the app and there's the link to port my number so I will be seeing you today!

Unfortunately, we do not buy phones, nor do we remove blacklists from devices. All of our devices come new, directly from Page Plus, if your phone is blacklisted you may be able to contact the original carrier about removing it.

Hey, if a phone doesn't have note or a notepad preloaded, one can be added to it for free. If you go to the play store and search notes you'll find all kinds of free apps to help you out. My personal favorite is called "colornote". The store is open every weekday from 10am-6pm if you need additional assistance. We are always happy to help. Have a good weekend!
