No face to face appointment, never get to speak to a person in the office. Only a Roper “agent”. Going down hill in over all patient care and quality. If you want a tele health appointment this is the doctor’s office to visit. Face to face appointments, find a better primary care doctor’s office.

I have been going to Cane Bay Primary Care for several years. I love Dr Amy Forren and her nurse Michelle. They truly care for their patients. I have nothing but gratitude for finding such an awesome doctors office.

Bruh I don't know where to begin. My son needed the tdap for school. Cool, make the appointment and schedule off of work. They then called me moments before that appointment informing me they cancelled it because "we haven't seen your child for over a year"... which we all know is code for "we want to charge hundreds more dollars for a pointless checkup of a 12 year old before we can give them the most common vaccine with zero side effects ever". Then, we schedule and take off work AGAIN, just to sit in their waiting room for over an hour past the appointment time, AND get put in the room for another 60 minutes while we wait for the doc who clearly has zero sense of urgency nor time management skills. Save your time and your money.

I've been looking for a Primary care doctor that values my time and doesn't have me sit in the office for hours. I can say they have great customer service and Dr Amy Forren is great had time for all my question's and willing to help. It was great to see a doctor that takes the time to listen and care about their patients.
