Great service! They accomodated my schedule and came the same day. They were very professional when providing assessment and price estimate. They did a great work with carpet cleaning - the carpets look wonderful, the stains are gone.

I had Stanley Steamer come out to clean a couch in a rental property. I informed them that it was a cleaning to remove pet smell and hair. A few days after they cleaned the couch I went to inspect their work as a short term tenant was moving in 2 days later and was very disappointed of the job they did for $150. I called them and informed them that I was not satisfied and specifically told them I was not asking for another cleaning for free, I just wanted them to finished the job they were paid to do. They offered to come clean the couch again but could not come before my tenants moved in. I asked if they would finish the service after the tenants moved out but they refused. I asked to talk to the manager and never heard back from the office…. I will not be using them anymore.
