Service and speed was acceptable. It would be better if they posted a sign outside instructing customers to park away from the bays and not expecting them to read a techs' mind regarding this. Also not helpful that there are really no seats in the waiting area. Or shopping carts for those that may want to shop during the oil change.

I guess no one showed up for work on the day I came. The bay doors were down. I know they were opened because someone answered the phone and said come on down. Well i did and myself and 3 other cars waited in line for almost 30 mins till 3 of us pulled off. Ended up getting my battery from Advance auto and my oil changed at quik lube. Maybe it was a sign from God. Sucks because they always do great when I use other locations.
