Men's bathroom could use some more frequent maintenance. The only stall that was available to use ended up having a clogged toilet filled with a lot of paper and bodily fluids. Other than that, the rest of the business seemed nice.

Please provide proper training to employees with regard to "answering the phone" Incoming phone calls are from "potential customers". Phone calls typically require"less than 90 seconds" Answering phone calls can "generate sales" Sales are what keeps us "ahead of our competitors" Simply "answer the phone" no matter what your extension. Our business depends on "satisfied customers"

Crowded due to small parking lot. Other than that not too bad of a truck stop

Expeditor van parking is non-existent. About 30+ spots on the auto parking side along the fence are designated for Amazon day runners, without a single sign. The only signs show for customers only, and when reported to a cashier that a driver had an issue with where I was backed in, it was stated that "everyone who comes here knows Amazon parks there". I replied that the signs for customer parking are in the wrong location and misleading. Keep it simple, install signs, then people will know.
