The fact that they can charge a $30 nonpayment fee AND a $6.25 late fee on the same bill, should illegal! These fees don't even include a disconnect/reconnect.

This is the second time that we haven’t received a bill. My Mom called me to tell me that her washing machine was not working . It turned out they had cut our water off. We received no bill with a $5.75 late charge and $30 to cut our water off. We have been good customers for over 60 years. There should be a notification before cutting your water off!!! 10/3/22 - We received a bill for $385.73. We were told that they left a note on an neighbors house about a possible water leak. We have water rites from this house. We were told the technician has no way to know which house has the leak. That’s true but they sure know how to bill the house. They definitely need improvement in this area!!!!!

I had a problem with my waterLooking a funny color. After I call to inquire what could be the problem, The lady I spoke with had someone here to check it within 30 minutes. After it was checked she called me within 5 minutesTo give me advice as to what to do.The lady I spoke with had great customer serviceAnd very efficient.Thank you guys so much

Overpriced, they are always cutting the water pressure back, causing you to use twice as much water when you take a shower. Few months back there was a water line break and we were not even notified. Shame we have no other options.
