I had stayed here with my daughter for the night, starting around 9 a continuous loud banging noise started and was reoccurring every 5-10 mins. It didn't stop until 4 am. I called the front desk and I felt like this was going to be fixed... But no, after another call back down as I was working I was hung up on and then again. At 12am I went outside with my 6 year old daughter still awake and scared due to the noise. As we went out there was two men from the hotel outside and I asked them what it is and why it hasn't stopped. The men both said we are a hotel what do you expect us to do..... Well I asked is there no quite hours or any way you could ask them to stop and I was just ignored so wlmu daughter and I went back inside to continue hearing this banging loud noise for hours longer. I wouldn't stay here again if the gave me lifetime free nights and I will make sure all of my guest that come in town for work know not to ever come to this place and as well anyone I hear trying to find a hotel.

Food had been left in the fridge and the smell in the room was so bad that I was nauseous from it. We asked for a different room or refund but they refused.

Clean, safe and cheap! AAA discount. Safe in the room as well as fridge and microwave. Great for what we needed it for. No elevator...2 floors.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and when we complained the staff responded “no one else complained the beds are only a few years old.” The staff refused to provide a receipt for our stay and refused to refund our last night stay as we checked out early. We had bugs in the bathroom door jam and women’s under garments were found in the dresser drawer. The location was good but the staff is not friendly or helpful. The lobby is closed and the rooms have no coffee makers.
