I stayed in a cabin built by the CCC and it was in great shape and well maintained. It was stocked with plenty of soap and shampoos and the kitchen had everything you needed.

I've always loved Table Rock! I loved it as a kid and love it still. The campgrounds are nice and quiet and laid out pretty well. Just know your equipment and camper size before booking as with any campground.

As a frequent camper/hiker, one of the best sites I've stayed at. The campsites are a very decent size, water and electric hookups great, no loud neighbors, and so private! Trees on all sides of our site, I think we had 36?? The bathrooms are so well maintained, clean, and honestly impressive. Helpful camp hosts. Had to drive maybe 5 minutes to the trails & parking was scarce, but didn't have much of an issue.

Table Rock has been my favorite campground for years now. They have made some efforts to improve some of the campsites recently, too. Having a level place to pitch a tent is important to me; if you feel the same then research your spot because many sites are not level at all. That said, there are a good number of bathhouses, so crowding is not usually an issue. Swimming in the lake is a real treasure- clean and cool water, us a good sized beach area. There are currently no life guards on duty, so swim at your own risk. I took away one star because the bath house wasn't maintained while we were there and nobody likes being trapped with no toilet paper.
