I was given 2 gift certificates for Christmas.i had a hard time trying to make an appointment on the website bc most massage therapist don't use the site for scheduling. I had only used all the money off of 1 gift certificate and I still had $240 left on the other. It was December and it said it would expire at the end of the year. I had a conversation with my therapist and the front desk. They said they would honor it. And when I had my next appointment they kept my certificate and told they couldn't use it anymore.

If you have to cancel last minute due to issues out of your control and have to cancel you still get charged. I understand if it was cancelled just because but this was something that was out of my control.
