Waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen for my scheduled procedure only to be told...oops...we didn't have you on the schedule " in the back" and the doctor's already left. Never going back there again!

What does it take to get an appointment here? I have been calling repeatedly and get a phone tree of nonsense. Then I got the appropriate human and the call dropped! 30 minutes
