Overall a very disappointing experience. First, they charge automatic gratuity on parties over 5 - that’s fine if it’s clear on your bill. But they but didn’t show it on our handwritten bill so you’ll miss the fact it’s been charged if you don’t separately calculate your own bill (which we did because the total was surprisingly high). They brought a credit card machine that only charged/showed a total with a preselected prompt to add your 18-25% gratuity. No one would answer my questions whether the gratuity had already been added in as they dropped the machine and ran off. I have no problem with fixed gratuity but this would have resulted in $40 tip on a $100 meal if we hadn’t pressed for an answer, which was finally acknowledged after multiple efforts to avoid the question. Beyond this, $15 per dish would be fine if you had a decent amount of food to share, but portions are very small and not enough to share among a group. Or if the food was really high level cooking - it just wasn’t. The tandoori chicken was so dry it was difficult to chew. It all amounts to an experience of small portions of mediocre food, with questionable billing practices. We have lived in the area a long time and previously had okay meals here before. But this was just extremely disappointing and not worth returning or ever recommending.

My husband and I really like this place . They have a very compete buffet during the weekends with plenty of vegetarian and meat options. It includes plenty of side items, dessert and naan. Very polite and attentive customer service. The flavors and the quality of the dishes are great and the portions are fair. We like the Dinner combo and the buffet. The place is clean.

Had buffet here today, extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. No proper greetings. Food feedback was asked to selective people. Never bothered to check with me as I was only one customer on the table and hence it did not matter to them or because every other customer had a different skin tone. Restaurant management can answer that better. Felt ignored and insulted. Did not want to pay a single penny for tip due to such categorical treatment, but surprisingly I was not given the option to skip the tip part. Food was bland , nothing close to Indian flavor and taste. OVERALL HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.NEVER GOING TO VISIT AGAIN. WILL WAIT FOR BETTER RESTAURANTS LIKE PERSIS TO OPEN UP FOR BUFFET.

July 2021 visit, drove over an hour and a half out of the way to come visit this spot again and it was better than the first visit!!!!! Food was as authentic as it gets... Did the level 4 out of 5 with the heat index for the chicken tikka, next time I'll do the 5, the large chunks of chicken were very tender and the sauce was just unreal, mixed with the white rice it was hard to stop eating!!! The garlic naan was right on point also, can't wait to visit this spot again.... Spicy, tender, authentic, flavorful, succulent is just the start... Quick pick up to go ordering also
