Positive: The location. The housekeeping tired their best. They provided good service for our room. There was one front desk attendant with outstanding hospitality whom was a man from California ( a film producer and director). He was welcoming and professional. Negative: The only woman front desk staff made my stay unwelcoming and the first and only thing she told me upon checking into the hotel, was the 11am check out time. She didn't bother to tell me about breakfast times or any other amenities. Rude.

Positive: Excellent staff. Helpful, friendly, problem solvers. Our hair dryer was broken, and manager arrived within 5m to swap it. Walking distance (< 1mi) on sidewalk to great restaurants. Negative: Single Queen size room was a bit small. So, we'll just get the 2Q room this time. 15% larger for the same price :)

Positive: The hotel was clean and provided more than we even needed. The location was great and we didn¿t have to drive further than maybe 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do. We had a great anniversary stay!

Not great. It was fair. As for cleanliness, again, it was fair. We only spent one night and the location was perfect for our needs but it wasn't great. The accompanying photo shows the smoke detector hanging from it's wires. I showed the front desk 10 minutes after I checked in but they didn't fix it. But I also didn't fuss either so...whatever. I may be back just because the location was perfect for my needs.
