Ok, so it's a Sunday and tire gets a flat. I call around everywhere and no body is either open or can take me. I have a flat and mad. I call jiffy lube and expect to get treated like all the others. Wrong! Andrew and Pali are the nicest guys and took my car in and fixed it in like 25 min. I am super impressed and will be visiting this location for all my car needs.

From the moment I pulled up ‘til the moment I drove off, my experience at JiffyLube in Cornelius was NO KA OI (number 1!). The staff was patient, friendly and extremely informative as they helped this single momma make the best decision for my car care. I came in for a “simple” oil change but left with a comprehensive car care plan and a new maintenance place for my kau’wila (car!). Mahalo nui loa (thank you so much) to the folks at JiffyLube for taking great care of my car care needs and easing my mind while I’m on the road! Aloha til next time!

I used to appreciate their convenience. Service had always been friendly and efficient, but this month I've tried to go there on 4 different occasions for a NC inspection. The first time I arrived at 6:30 when they don't close until 7 - the lights were off and they were cleaning up. I was told to come back another day and come earlier. The next time I was told the wait would be very long and better to come another day. Yesterday I arrived at 4:30 and I was told the inspection guy already went home (the last day of the month which is prime time for inspections). The following day I arrived at 11:00, ducking out in the middle of a workday, and was told they can't do inspections until the inspection guy arrives at noon. I went elsewhere and was in and out in 30 minutes. This inefficiency and inconsistency cost me a $15 penalty from the DMV for getting my inspection completed a day late. Never again.

We showed up at 6pm and they said they couldn’t take us cause they had 2 cars in progress. You close at 7 she said we would be there till 7:30 if they took us. We drove by at 7 and the place was dark n deserted. They just didn’t want to take us. No problem will never be back there. If you are open till seven you need to take customers till seven. Bad service
