The girl taking our order was obviously young and didn't want to be there. I had never been there before and she kept saying so you know what you want yet? She was not helpful or patient. She also charged me for an extra meal even though I said our younger children would share a $7 meal. $49 for 5 meals! Definitely a rip off.

Late night cookout is a hit and miss. The employees do not have any respect for customers and there is rarely even sauce. I gave it three stars simply because the food is usually good, albeit seriously unhealthy.

Yeah they try to serve food in under sixty seconds. It is in the cook out hand book. Funny thing is the item that takes the least amount to cook on the fryers are chicken nuggets at 2 minutes and twenty five seconds. Trying to meet arbitrary serve times while battling cook times often leads the cook out in Milledgeville to get backed up in the kitchen.So they usually serve overcooked or undercooked food or lose entire orders like yours. It's kind of a terrible restaurant, I'd recommend not eating there.
Only the drive thru is open. Masks and gloves are worn by employees. When I was there last time.
