Dr. Pagnani was a fantastic supervisor for me during my residency training. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent patient care. I would recommend him to anyone.

Has been able to help me with my mental state for about 4 years now and I always feel like he knows exactly where we left off, is willing to listen and cares that you’re doing better! Wants you to get well! My jobs were my stressors and he was always there to remind me that I was better then what I was doing, his firm belief in me mixed with medicine to help anxieties (especially in the workplace) got me into such a great headspace which OVERTIME I was able to begin to control my own anxieties…which is all people like us can sometimes hope for. Thank you Dr. Chris, you have changed my life.

We're actually out of network with insurance companies (including Medicaid). Patients pay at the time of their visits, and unfortunately, I do not believe that Medicaid gives any reimbursements to patients for providers that are out-of-network.

Do you except Cigna?

We're actually out-of-network with all insurance companies and plans, but individuals with out-of-network benefits, may be eligible to receive a portion of their payment back, from their insurance company directly. I would recommend calling member services, on the back of your insurance ID, and asking about behavioral health out-of-network benefits. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can also call Amy at 267-358-6155 x 1 to discuss our practice directly - Dr. Pagnani

Hello, If I had to pay out of pocket, how much for an initial appt/ med check and how much for subsequent visits? Thank you!

Thank you for inquiring. A typical followup with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or a Psychotherapist is 125 and Dr. Pagnani 225. You can call Amy at 267-358-6155 x 1 for more information, she'll be happy to discuss. Information is also listed on our website under Policies and Fees. - Dr. Pagnani

Do you help people detox comfortably from Klonopins. I really need help but the withdrawal is the most horrible feeling. It's 100 times harder than opiate withdrawal.

Yes. One of the units that I trained on at Johns Hopkins, specifically tapered individuals off of problematic medications such as Klonopin, Xanax, Effexor etc. I'd be happy to see you. Please call Amy at 267-358-6155 x 1, about setting up an initial visit. I hope that you're having a nice week, - Dr. Pagnani

We are out of network with insurance companies, but if patients have out-of- network benefits, they can often receive a portion of their bill back, from their insurance company. Our staff will be happy to discuss and if we are not the right fit, offer suggestions on finding a provider I’m network. We additionally have information on our website that may be helpful, under the resources tab. - Dr. Pagnani
