Horrendous. My daughters supposed therapist (gwyneth shumer) is an absolute joke and unprofessional. My daughter has been waiting since March for a session (it’s now end of June) and hasn’t received not one zoom session yet! She has blown my daughter off on every single night that she was supposed to see her and given why she needs the services, it’s disgraceful to do that to a young child. It’s appalling that this is the kind of “professional” you hire. Don’t waste your time coming here like I did.

I went here almost 5 years ago and always left in tears. They wanted to hypnotize me to get to the source of my PTSD and seeing the psychiatrist was a joke. How am I an adult seeing a pediatric psychiatrist who refused to keep me on the same meds I was on but kept trying to change them to see how I would react. I never got scripts but print outs of the medications. I felt like a test subject to them rather than a client that needed help.
