As a Patient at Mount Airy Family Practice for over five years and I was Happy with NP Marrissa Patterson as my Primary Care Person. Allow a Simile; when a Huge tree crashes to Earth the sound is Deafening You might be miles away and DO NOT hear it. But those in proximity Do Hear It Even though you do not hear it the entire Community tells everyone about the Event (s). And the entire Community is Keenly aware of the Practice problems and the Crashing Events. The Outsourcing of the Patient Billing to an Exton, PA Business (PENTA HEALTH) is a 'NIGHTMARE'. Until outsourced I never had an issues and was always current. Countless Patients, like myself, Find Penta to be absolutely UNRESPONSIVE and RUDE .they Never return phone calls.... NEVER. Had a terrible experience with the nurse practitioner she didn’t lister and her bedside manner was atrocious if it weren’t an upcoming I would never go back after surgery I will find another practice I truly believe this the reason for so many health disparities between African Americans and believe I spoken to so poorly due to race Marissa Patterson shouldn’t practice within urban communities at all haven’t seen anyone else in this office but plan to after that I will another doctor she made me feel so bad and ran my blood pressure up terribly
