I've had two experiences with this place. First experience - neutering. A 3 star experience. Pros-They allow you to pick and choose what you want done. It's nice to have choices, and they did the surgery just fine. Cons-when we called them to ask about bleeding related to the surgerg, we were never given an intelligent voice on the phone. The receptionist who answered had no clue what we were saying, and relayed our question and the vet's subsequent answer in a very confusing manner. It would have been nice to talk to the vet or a vet tech, but they wouldn't allow that when we asked. Second experience - an illness. A one star experience. Our other cat got an illness related to her digestive tract. She had become super lethargic and in obvious pain when eating. The vet took an xray and a fecal sample, and told us that our cat was being dramatic and nothing was wrong with her. She gave our cat an antacid and then told us a story about how dogs aren't dramatic at all, while cats will throw up at anything. She then slapped us with a $200 payment, sent us on our way without any useful direction on how to proceed with care, and never followed up afterwards. We ended up taking our cat over to another place in South Carolina the next day and they had a different diagnosis and are still in contact about her status a week later. Together, I'm averaging a 2 star review. They gave us the impression that they didn't care about our animals, but they did do a successful surgery so I can't give them a 1 star review.

Dr Terry is great with all the animals and is very detailed on issues or situations. She keeps me informed and her staff from the time you walk in are every attentive. This team makes it easy for me and my dogs.

Very caring staff and Dr.Jamie Terry is terrific with our two dogs. I love the dogs that the staff brings to work with them.
