They told a patient that they couldn't help her complete the online application so I returned to urgent care with an individual who previously needed assistance with completing the online application prior to being seen. I was told if a patient is illiterate and unable to complete the online application on their tablet they cannot assist to help them through the application and would have to get a friend or family to help them. I asked what happens if they don't have anyone and are still unable to complete the application themselves, will they still see the patient and I was told no, they cannot be seen and they do not help them with the form. The doctor was at the counter as well while I was being told the information. That's the only reason I gave them 1 star. Often times individuals don't have others they can rely on to help them with tasks such as this. This person was in severe pain but could not be seen unless the paperwork was completed. I'm just glad I was able to help but others may be less fortunate.

1st time using Reddy Care in Hartwell - was seen fast and exceptional service - extremely friendly staff and very informative with all my questions- definitely will recommend to anyone and will be using this particular office again if needed 😀

My low rating is not a reflection of the medical staff or the care that was received. The medical staff were helpful, kind and professional. My complaint is that the reception staff , who collect your fees/co-pay before receiving treatment, seem to lack a basic understanding of how health insurance works. I was told that my husband's co-pay, since they were an in-network provider, would be $57.50. When I explained that his patient responsibility is supposed to be no more than $5, (even showed her my insurance documentation), she said $5 would be his co-pay if their facility were out of network!!! WHAT??? Excuse me but when does in-network ever cost so much more than out of network? To make a long story short, our health insurance has processed our claim ($5 copay) & so now, we have to wait for a refund check from Reddy Urgent Care. Moral of the story: know your co-pay amount & be assertive & ask to speak to a supervisor if the receptionist asks for an incorrect amount but who wants to go through that hassle when you are sick or you're with someone else who is sick???

It is done in primary care office in Royston , you need to establish us as primary care doctor
Yes
No, not at this location. The staff is AWESOME and their follow-up is second to none. Results are recieved within the 3-5 day window as promised.
I would guess no. I smashed the end of my finger a few days ago. I needed a hole put in the nail to release the pressure from the blood beneath the nail. I needed Novocain to number the finger. The doctor refused to even look at it and told the receptionist to send me to the E.R. I would have thought this would have been the perfect type of scenario for an acute care center. I guess I was wrong.
I know they are closed at this time of night. I don't they are set up for that, more like a doctor's office. If take them to the emergency room.
