Took 24 hours to tow my car but the tow price was reasonable. Took 3 weeks before they could get to it and then wanted $175 to diagnose the problem. I know they do great work but 3 weeks is insane

I came to the shop and asked could someone please put air in my tire. The first excuse was we don't do tires. My next question was do you have a air hose that could be used to put air in my tire? Manager answered yes and then proceeded to try and give me a lesson in tires and how my car air pressure System works, even though I explained that I already understand how it works I just want some air 🙃. He then refused and said I could go somewhere else. Truthfully I feel my race and appearance (work clothes) had a lot to do with my services be refused. I would not recommend to people of color.
