In the middle of covid. They refuse to provide toilet paper, paper towels, linens, pillows. Maybe they DO provide these things when covid does down. But they should have just cancelled. Maybe next time would be a better experience

All we can say is thank you for the "great time" and your attentiveness in having our needs met at your lake house. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay (row boat, pedal boat, kayaks, tubes, bbq, ping pong, tv, video games, local pool, etc.) was right at our finger tips. Waking up with the beautiful sunrise and scenic lakefront view is a sight I will envision forever and I can still smell the wood burning from the fire pit as we roasted marshmallows for smores in the evening hours. We were so impressed when you both drove out to the house to diagnose an issue with one of the T.V.'s and even more impressed when you made a second trip back midweek to install a part to get the 3,000 game arcade back up and running. My kids keep asking when we can return, so it looks like we will be making this a family vacation tradition for years to come. Area is nice well maintained. You can only get in and out of you are registered with the HOA homeowners association. Therefore only people allowed in by a homeowner can get in .
