Anyone I've talked with who had a moped remarked on how it was disappointing that the other moped dealer retired and LJ's is the only game in town now because LJ doesn't treat his customers fairly. My boyfriend(who has owned 4-5 mopeds)asked about a valve job, LJ quoted him $1000 for a valve job! The cost for my boyfriend?...30 mins.of his time, and a little patience and possibly a empty soda can(he knows some tricks).I reserved judgment until I met him. My boyfriend was in the market for a moped, he found one at LJ's he liked.So when LJ ran my debit card and charged me a fee of $50.00!!! just so we could purchase a new moped from him,!!!!!! We also were told (by LJ)that mopeds in SC don't need titles, the DMV told us differently. We bought the moped here in Florence and somehow the DMV charged us a $40.00 fee for a out of state title!! The moped also has holes in the cowling,over back of front tire, loose screws in various areas,assy errors,crooked cargo rack.Everyone was right, he is very, very unscrupulous !!!!!

Guys a rip off all he cares about is taking as much money as he can get from you no pride in his work at all and he makes sure he doesn't fix it all the way just so you have to go all the way back so he can get more out of you

After paying someone to bring a four wheeler home for me the the rode good the first day. The second day it had problems. If you don’t have transportation to keep taking it back and if you don’t know how to fix or trouble shoot it leave these alone. I’m ready to sale it NOW!

Huge rip off. $1000 for something that cost $10 like extreme gouging. Plus never calls back. Shopping is 6 people staring at you and there is no display.
