It was the worst!! I had request a handicapped accessible room. Well it was terrible. Friend took a shower that evening when we checked in. The water would not go out of the tub. No hand railing in the bath tub. The railing for the commode was wobbly. The sink had no stopper to hold the water in the sink. The floor was very slippery. So I had to check out a day early. I couldn’t take it any longer. I checked out

Arrived and no one at the front desk. With 15 minutes no one showed, so I called no answer until the second try. Wait another 5 minutes. Was told the room was canceled. I had somewhere to be. Was told no other hotel or had two rooms which I found out was a lie. Then charge a no-show fee. Price is not worth it. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for a week have yet to have any contact.

I booked and paid online based on the pictures on the website. When I got there there was no one at the desk and the number given on the sign to reach the front desk kept ringing busy (who does not have call waiting) we rode around the property and spotted a lady with a trash bag and a cordless phone walking around. We asked if she worked there and she said yes. Riding around the property and seeing the place in person I did not feel that this was a place that I would want to stay but because of the circumstances I was going to do so anyway. That was until she told me I needed to pay an additional $100.00 to stay at this Motel. This place was not worth that and I did not have the funds for this since I thought that all cost was paid. The lady at the desk told me that she would cancel the room and that I would get my money back from the company. I waited 3 days and did not get a refund. I reached out via chat with the website and was told I could not get a refund. This company that makes all this money explained to me that they could not refund my $85.00 I am highly upset.

One of the worst hotels that I have ever been in. I was first in a room in which the toilet did not flush. When I complained about it, they put me in another room where the refrigerator did not work, there was a big exercise machine in the corner of the room, and the shower did not stay hot for long. While I was outside talking to another resident I heard the owner of the hotel tell that resident that he was kicking her out. I thought that was very unprofessional because it was anyone's business and It really embarrassed the other resident. I urge anyone to avoid this hotel at all cost. Pay a little more money for a better place to stay. I wish I had.

If you book online it's 150 deposit, but if you show up and book a room it's 100 for the deposit..
