Our go to hotel when we have to stay in the Concord area. Staff is friendly. The woman at the front desk has been there for years and is always pleasant. I have her card but not next to me so sorry that I can’t remember her name. Room is always clean. Towels are clean. Shower is clean and has good water pressure. Breakfast is what you expect for a free continental breakfast. Our first time staying since Covid and it was just the same as it was before. Will go back.

Clean quiet rooms friendly staff. I stayed 2 nights and was not disappointed at all. I stay in hotels all across the country and this was one of the cleanest and nicest ones I have stayed in. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and making 2 bad days with a broke down semi truck so much better with your kindness!!!

I was forced to put in a rating in order to post my review. Its not the hotel's fault that IHG's loyalty program does not honor its own promotions. I signed up for a promotion in Nov 2021. After I stayed at their hotel the points were not posted. When I contacted them they started by saying there was no promotion. Then changed their story to say I never registered. Now they are changing their story again. Over a few points they are willing to throw away a Platinum level, decades long customer. I"ll be taking my business to other hotels since its clear I can't trust IHG to honor its own promotions.

Large rooms and restaurants are near by. The breakfast was okay, but the workers weren’t concerned in making sure everything was stocked. The coffee wasn’t available after 9:20am. There is only one small elevator and is sounded rickety. We chose this hotel for the electric vehicle chargers and all spots were filled with non-electrical vehicles. The front desk were not concerned and quite frankly dismissive about the taken spots. They did a half effort in getting us a spot. We had to wake up super early to see if a spot had open. The desk person was quite dismissive as she said they were complimentary. I can understand if the spots were taken up by all EV vehicles, but they weren’t. We wouldn’t have booked this hotel if we knew we couldn’t have access to the chargers. We would have spent less on another, and quite frankly nicer hotel, and allotted time to use a supercharger. It was an unexpected cost.
