Its an OK place to do laundry.,but in the summer months even with the door open, its SO HOT in there,and no a/c, and the couple fans they have do nothing. Then price just went up on the washing machines and dryers, it's now 25cents for only 5 minutes for dryer, its ridiculous, ugh. The machine that there that you can use to purchase detergent, dryer sheets ect, is always empty, they hardly ever refill it, I personally bring in my own stuff, but every time I go, I constantly hear people complaining about that machine being empty. I gave it 2 star 🌟 Is OK

OMG! This was one of the CLEANEST laundry facilities I have ever had the pleasure of being in. It's always crazy when u have to haul your clothing to the laundry mat but properly working machines, staff, and abundant equipment make it sooooo much easier. It was my pleasure to know that a decent laundromat still exists, Thank You Ed for everything. See y'all next time💕

First time going there . I just moved to Lorain from Columbus so looking for a good place to do laundry. Washers were cheap so no problem there . It was until you got to the dryers that’s the problem . I used several dryers but number 37 and 43 after 28 minutes I put in time for still left my clothes damp . The lady working there said oh it’s your fault you probably didn’t put them on high . 🤔😡 I know I put them on high and after 28 minutes should have been dried like the other machines . Very bad customer service. She just ignored me after that and kept sweeping again . Will definitely not be coming back.
