Had a very unusual experience. Went to pick up a friend who was having his vehicle serviced. I mistakenly pulled into sales area and parked. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I realized I was in the wrong area and carefully drove around the sales lot and headed for the actual service area which is down a side road. On the way out, I was stopped by what I assume was the Sales Manager. When I say "stopped", I mean he aggressively approached the driver's side door and began to knock on my window. He was quite angry that I was there, literally shouting and even referring to the area as private property. He wanted to know EXACTLY what I was doing there. I explained I was picking up someone who was having his vehicle serviced. He demanded to know the person's name and even when presented with the name, was still hostile and began to shout at his employees to show me the way to the Service Dept. For context, I'm a business owner and I was in a very nice vehicle. Not like I was in junky work truck. I'm really not sure what this guy's deal was. I'm giving a 3 star review only because I think my friend was treated well by the Service Dept. Hopefully, this review will make it to someone other than the Sales Manager. Don't know his name but he was a buff guy, probably nearing the end of his steroid cycle. He was barking out orders to everyone in the parking lot, so he has to be a manager. As I was driving out, he actually yelled at me "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Wasn't a good look for the business. This incident occurred on Friday 10/14/22 around 1:30pm. The business owner should at least consider speaking to the sales staff on that day. They would of have had to have been quite embarrassed at the spectacle. It was literally shameful.

A few weeks ago, I reached out to Jim Cogdill regarding interest in a TRX they had posted on their website. I was put in contact with Zach and Kaylee. I have a fairly inconsistent and demanding work schedule. However, both Zach and Kaylee were very sensitive to that, and went above and beyond to meet my needs in order to discuss the truck, and for a test drive. While the truck was amazing, and I was offered what my reached deemed to be solid deal, I did not ultimately go through with the purchase. This was only due to the TRX not fitting the niche I exactly need at this time (literally couldn't make the room for it in my garage). Despite not making a purchase, I still wanted to draw attention to the kindness, consideration, knowledge, and professionalism both Zach and Kaylee extended in the days we meet and communicated. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jim Cogdill Dodge if you are considering purchasing a Chrysler product.

Call the dealership and ask for the used car manager.
You have a coupon book coming in the mail in 3 to 4 months
No, but they have a auto body guy that comes in and does minor repairs like scratches and buffing.
