This is a poorly managed club. The Athletic Director is very lazy, obese, insecure, not very bright and speaks like a third grader. This organization has potential but due to apathy and lack of leadership skills this fitness social club has gone downhill the last 10 years. All the members I know think it’s time that the Athletic Director was replaced. The GM has also out stayed his welcome. He quit his position about 4 yrs ago and barely allowed to come back. He does not know how to manage a business Vs was a cook before. He is insecure -just wants people who do what he says Vs speak up and create positive change. He just wants to silence others and appears to be apart of the woke cancel culture. Employees, staff, and Directors are allowed to park in the front row to third row of parking lot which, makes the rest of us and many elderly members left to park on the other side further away from the club. Everyone knows ALL employees at every business whether it is a restaurant you work at or the mall, or even a department store employees are to park the furthest from the business entrance thus allowing customers & members the closest access to the front door(s). Even the non intelligent Ath. Director parks in the front row everyday taking up a parking spot from members. This Ath Dir. Also never returns anyones calls text or emails. Therefore, forcing members to try and figure out basketball racket ball rooms times etc. The food quality has also gone downhill since Chef John. Staff even tell us members “we are not allowed to watch Fox News now because it’s considered controversial but it’s ok to watch CNN because it’s considered not controversial according to Administration.” This is Discrimination and Ridiculous rules. If you are not liberal you are cast aside. Furthermore, they have a lady name Brooke who oversees billing and is rude and cold to members. When you have questions she treats you like your a bother and gas lights the customers at every turn- Ridiculous. Many members have left the last seven years. The club is operating on a shoestring and makes all decisions based on what brings them in revenue. There is a lack of compassion from the upper management down and has poor customer service. If our company didn’t pay for our membership there is no way we would continue to come here for an overpriced poorly ran organization. Members have no say and are outcasted We do not recommend this club. Looks pretty on the outside but has deep internal problems. Lastly, the Board does nothing about these concerns. Pathetic. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Tried to get a job in the kitchen and it was a nightmare. Chef Matt never called me back after our initial conversation in which he requested a in person interview. 8 calls and a week later hadd to talk to the GM and still never got a call from the chef. For what they pay an hour people should be lined up around the corner. Makes me wonder.to bad an awesome place.

This venue is first class all the way. Bowling alleys, dining hall, dance hall; residence guest suites, bar, lounge reception area. The detail in the decor, and architecture are phenomenal.
