Came in with a sick friend to get some medicine and the nausea really kicked in and we requested to use a restroom. I understand no public restrooms are a thing but seeing the manager take a no exceptions stand for someone about to get sick in the store right next to the manager as she stocked some candy was disheartening to see for a pharmacy. As both of us are healthcare providers this was a sad state to see a Walgreens pharmacy which should have some flexibility for people that come to the pharmacy for help. I hope Walgreens reconsiders their choice of store managers in the future or current.

Perfect customer service as quick as they can be even if short staffed polite professional especially with Jonnay super friendly and welcoming she also sympathized with me correcting the pronunciation of my name I prefer this Walgreens because of her attitude I feel it has effected her peers positively.

Most careless pharmacy staff I've ever met. Made me go 5 days without my epilespy medication bechase they kept saying they would have it ready and every time I showed up they wouldn't. Incredible rude and just so ghetto. Stay far away from this location

Today, when I pulled up to this Walgreens location at 7:35 AM, the front doors were locked, and I could not see anyone inside. Several other customers were standing in the cold with a confused look because the posted hours state that the store opens at 7 AM! I drove out of my way to this Walgreens location because it is one of the few in Denver offering free N95 mask from the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS). I decided to wait for a while in my car, and at 7:40 AM an employee came running across the parking lot to open the store. I’m glad I didn’t come at 7 AM, otherwise I would have been waiting for 40 minutes. Ultimately, I did get my free N95 masks! They seemed to have plenty available for those who need them. Unlike other reviewers, I didn’t find the employees to be unfriendly. They were kind and helpful to me—however, it was clear they were stressed out due to the labor shortage.
