First thing we are vegetarians and order the vegetable fried rice with no broccoli. I pick up the order and decided to check my order before leaving and was completely wrong. It had pork, beef and broccoli. I then approached the guy and told him the order was wrong and he kept arguing with me that my husband said everything on it except chicken. I could tell the guy had a hard time hearing and kept grabbing his ear saying excuse me. Manager Dusty was rude. I would not be coming back and the place looked dirty and people in the kitchen don’t wear gloves.

Worst Chinese food ever. No flavor. The fried rice is literally flavored with only soy sauce. I’ve never had a fried rice like that. The burnt Eggrolls taste like store-bought eggrolls, and the sweet-and-sour chicken taste like nothing. No seriously it had no taste or flavor. That’s what I get for trying a new place. Do not waste your money here! They should be ashamed. First time trying rice house and it will definitely be my last.

Orange Chicken was hard to eat and dry, not made fresh today. The rice on both Chris's Fried rice and regular rice were hard, not cooked all the way. Very disappointed as I have eaten there in the past.

this is the worst place in the Dallas metro area! the egg rolls are burnt, the pot stickers were so hard that they cracked in half when I dropped it, the rice wasn’t cooked and the “chicken” was all nasty soggy breading! when I called the location the young lady had me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the manager and then came back on line and said her name was “Ed” the manager. poor customer service, horrific food and just a terrible place! do yourself a favor, drive past this place doing 70 and don’t stop!
