They are eager to promise the moon to get you in the door. They are willing to fudge a person's level of care to keep their rooms full. There seems to be a 'good cop, bad cop' dynamic in staffing between the director and marketing/assistant director. We were told that if they came in at a level 5 they could stay, with hospice care, until they passed away but that did not happen. We were then told that EVERYONE who passed away in their care was fully lucid, mobile and alert until they died. Our experience was not good.

I just relocated my grandmother to this facility from Michigan. There is no way I could have done this without Mary Beth's compassion and guidance. She took the time to answer my questions (and there were hundred's), personally helped with the paperwork and moving her in during the pandemic and the holiday season. It has been a huge transition for my grandma but I feel good about the care she has been receiving thus far.
