They continuously send my mail back and I have had my wifi cut off and had 2 federal government debit cards sent back. And every utility bill for last 5 mths

Infuriating. Tracking an Amazon shipment that shows arrival at USPS Monticello but no delivery. I called the post office to inquire and was told by a gentleman that the item was not yet there and to check back in a couple days. How can tracking say it arrived but isn't there? Theft???? Today (we live rurally) we went to get our mail at the road (highway 212) and half was in the box and the rest on the ground, all envelopes wet. One important document included. It keeps getting worse.

On several occasions I've had issues with USPS delivery. The last item I bought was an air fryer on Amazon and paid extra to get it faster only for it to STILL get delayed and me to HAVING come pick it up at the local postal office. Had to drive 10 miles from shadydale to come pick it up. The lady I called on the phone to track the package was very rude and didn't offer ME a refund for the extra money I paid for shipping....she gave me a hassle and asked me for an ID [She knew my name before she asked]. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I want to lnow why my mail guy isnt picking our mail up?? Its two days in a row he just leaves it there. The flag is up and everything. Im really getting pissed iff. This is a very important lettef

I would take it in to the post office and ask for a supervisor to get 1) An answer to your question and 2) If they are not aware of the situation, they will be and hopefully correct the fault.
