I just witnessed the best example of a helpful, knowledgeable, employee in my dealing today, just a few moments ago, with Barbara. She was friendly, kind and made us feel good trying to navigate the voting situations in Charleston County. Never rushed us, had the answers for which we are so grateful. Thank you Barbara Capt.
