I called the non-emergency phone number and got an answering machine??? Seriously? Glad it wasn’t a true emergency but a live person needs to answer when you’re calling the police department. I will be contacting my representative to find out where my tax dollars are going.

Stay away from Glynn county if you’re a tourist!! I was kicked out by three police officers from a hotel room that I paid for! Showed the officer my payment had been authorized and the hotel manager admitted to the officer that my payment went through. She charged my credit card a second time after making a false 911 call. Thankfully I got my money refunded from the credit card company. the Jameson Inn hotel management are scamming tourists and the police are siding with them. My advice to tourists is to travel elsewhere so your vacation doesn’t get ruined by crooked hotels and police officers.
