I put in a message to FedEx on two different occasions to leave the package at my door. They didn't do it, even though I paid for expedited shipping for the gift to get there before mother's Day. Then I went in to the FedEx to get my package and to ask them how I would get refunded for expedited shipping, she felt the need to tell me it was my fault for not leaving a note on my door or asking for it to be delivered to Walgreens so I probably wouldn't get refunded. Her opinion meant nothing because I did get refunded and this is just me being petty and sharing my experience.

Terrible delivery. Waited to receive a package and the tracking said it wasn’t delivered the first day because nobody was home, even though I actually was home. Day two. Once again it’s delayed because the driver attempted to make the delivery but nobody was home. Funny thing is I have cameras and turned them on for day two, no fed ex truck even cam to my house. The driver is a lazy liar. Needs to be fired.

Too stupid to follow simple 0 stars no that’s too nice -100 stars is more accurate. instructions Don’t us FedEx they are not relayable at all. First off gave a request to leave at the door. Too complicated of instructions Called someone requesting a second attempt too leave at the door….Due to the fact that i’m working tell 11pm or Midnight tonight. She stated that’s me no problem it i’ll be their at your door at 8pm today Nothing happened it’s now 10:43pm it’s not there Here’s what’s going to happen i’m going to the office picking it up and never ever using FedEX ever again No excuse terrible service

The woman who helped me was extremely friendly and patient with me. I didn't have a clue what I was doing, and she helped me to get my package sent in the most cost effective and timely manner. I really really wish I could remember her name because I give her two thumbs up.
