THIS PLACE SHOULD COME WITH WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE. I'm going to guess the employees get paid whether they're really working or not. I was there on a Saturday. No one looked happy to be there. Moving as slow as molasses. The lobby was full, A drive-thru line wrapped around the building and a line in the lobby to order. They took their sweet time. They talked to each other. They joked nobody was really cooking or anything. Didn't look terribly short-staffed either. There was enough people to you know sit around and chit chat. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Maybe they should start pulling videos of what they do to people but if you lock the doors. That line should be moving a little better in the drive-thru. You should be getting a little bit better service than what you are getting. Next time before I go there, I'll read the reviews first and then I'll know better.

I have sat in drive thru for 30 min and they didn't start preparing my food till I pulled up to the pick up window including dropping the fries

These people at Ladson Road Bojangles are always friendly and worth waiting for. Sometimes if they're short-staffed they may not open right on time, but I think they're worth waiting for. They're pimento cheese is awesome! A chicken biscuit with pimento cheese is a Little bit of heaven.
