They never answer the phone or call back even if you leave a message. Worse reviewed locations even answered their phones, but they don’t really have a interest in it. I’m unsure how they even have anyone live here when their answering rate is zero.

Depends on the trailer, some in the park are actually owned by individuals - not the park owners. But it's a much nicer place to live under their new management.
