This shop has had excellent customer service over the years with me. They answered my questions recently, and though they were able to help me, I chose to not bother with the expense. I love that they took time and showed me options/recommendations. I would recommend this knowledgeable shoe/leather/other shop to the community. About 10 years ago I was here and he made a dog leash with special attachments for me.

I'm not sure I stretch my own.by using a zip lock bag of water put bag in shoes and then put shoes in the freezer.

Yes, I have had that done there a few years ago, however, he will explain to you, according to how your shoe is built, he can only cut off so much of the heel, to keep the toe from pointing up!! Good luck to u...
