So... I've been here for over 5 years...seen three different management companies and it's all the same 🤨. I've expressed my concern about the weed smell that jeopardize my work and health...I am told by management "it's only a trace amount"😒. No decent parking and shady characters hanging around. No maintenance will return your call...work orders are a joke...The building itself has a structure problem, the toilet does not stop running, the furnace and air conditioning duct work poorly put in place and the refrigerator is on the brink. With rats running around the downstairs apartment because they left without cleaning up. I have a rat infestation. I have told management 5 days ago...nothing!!! I will be out sooner than anticipated...the rent is way to high for what is being offered. People don't waste your hard earn money...in these days and times finding decent housing is tough...just not here!!! It's time for Forest Park Code Enforcement to get involved 😠😠😠

This is no lie but I just want to let anyone who is planning on moving here know that these people SMP do not believe in fulfilling any work orders they wait a whole month or never to get it done.. This is ridiculous plus these apartments are made out of notebook paper . You can hear any sound especially neighbor snoring ..There are other issues but I think at this point these apartments are on their last leg. They have been built and standing since forever.Sheetrock has broken down or deteriorated. Plumbing is bad, dirt in water everyone have there own individual issues . Think before signing that lease ..

What in the wiggidy whack Christmas jack going in around here 😳 I'm so through with place. Haven't been here for a year but best believe there will not be another. Outside of them changing from a thieving management group, not seeing were everyone's stolen money went to, and charging for things (within rent rate) that they do not provide, they have the carelessness of their customers (US) to not spread holiday cheers (after all we've gone through) & sit a grown ahh child, teenager in the office as a fill in 😳 Not only is she not professional, don't attempt to speak professional, every time you ride pass the leasing office, she hanging out over the banister IN THE FRONT smoking a cigarette like she at home. This is not her place of residence 😳 PLEASE! I just can't no more with you guys. I just can't. I've tried
